The forum will take the form of discussion panels in the following areas:
- Security forum for Ukraine (the beginning of the panel at 10:15);
- Strategy of industrial growth as the basis of economic growth (the beginning of the panel at 12:00);
- Subjectivity of Ukraine in the new landscape of Europe.

Policy, experts, representatives of the Embassies and leading non-governmental organizations are invited to participate in the Forum.
