In connection with the entry into force of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated January 20, 2017 No. 950 "On Approval of the Procedure for Filing and Issuing the Certificate of Origin for the Product EUR.1" by the Customs, we hereby inform you that for the purpose of obtaining the EUR.1 certificate the exporter or his authorized representative must submit to the structural subdivision of the customs office entrusted with the functions of issuing the certificate, the completed application together with a declaration confirming the preferential origin of the goods from Ukraine. "
